At LaserPecker, we stand behind the quality of our laser engravers and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction with your creative tools. All returned items must be in their original packaging, include all accessories, and be in like-new condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our service center.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your LaserPecker device and all original components into the original box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit for functionality and completeness, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
